Franchise & Partnerships

This team are here to take our brands and offer them to new global markets. It’s a multi-disciplined team that covers end to end business operations, developing and supporting partnership agreements with third parties. In this team, you can help create opportunities to take brand extension into new territories.

Group and Country Property

These teams work closely together to define strategies and set the global policies and frameworks within which the business operates. They play an important part in delivery of expertise across a variety of skillsets, bringing significant reductions in our store, office, and distribution centre energy use - decreasing costs and delivering on our carbon reduction commitments.
