Do you have a passion for using data and insight to shape colleague experiences and drive business performance? As our Colleague Engagement Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in understanding how colleagues across the Kingfisher Group feel about our organisation, using engagement data, communication metrics and colleague feedback to inform strategic decision-making l. Supporting the reporting of critical insights to senior leadership, you'll help ensure that colleague voice remains at the heart of our people strategy.
This is a visible role where you'll lead our relationship with Peakon, key engagement initiatives and managing upcoming changes to the survey platform. Working closely with engagement leads across our banners and functions, you'll turn complex data into meaningful actions, helping us continually improve how we communicate, engage and connect with colleagues across the business.
What's the job
- Use Workday Peakon to capture meaningful colleague insight across the Group.
- Analyse engagement, communications and colleague feedback data to identify trends, risks and opportunities that inform business and people strategy.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights, dashboards and executive-level reporting for senior leaders and the Board.
- Partner with engagement leads, People teams, Corporate Affairs and business leaders to embed colleague voice into strategic and operational decision-making.
- Lead the relationship with Workday Peakon, overseeing enhancements, training and ongoing capability building across the business.
- Champion an inclusive and representative approach to colleague engagement, helping ensure colleagues see that their feedback drives meaningful change.
- Support channel effectiveness and reputation measurement by analysing channel and campaign data alongside colleague engagement data, building a joined-up view for the team to support strategic decision-making.
- Provide flexible data and reporting support across Corporate Affairs projects as capacity allows, including exploring lightweight reporting automation to reduce manual reporting time.
What you'll bring
- Proven experience using employee engagement platforms, must have Workday Peakon experience , with the ability to maximise value through data, insight and continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, turning complex information into clear, actionable business recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, creating trusted partnerships to drive engagement and business outcomes.
- Commercially minded, able to see the bigger picture, make evidence-based decisions and align activity to organisational objectives.
- Highly organised and adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities, work through ambiguity and deliver high-quality results with excellent attention to detail.
