As our Accounts Payable Manager, you’ll manage the Accounts Payable team to ensure the smooth running of the section ensuring all deadlines are met in a timely manner.

Let’s hammer out the detail

Leading the Accounts Payable team, you’ll manage, train and develop them to ensure processes are completed with accuracy and efficiency. Responsible for paying invoices on time, you’ll also ensure supplier accounts are maintained, communicating any issues promptly. You’ll review exception reporting on a daily basis, using your keen eye for detail to identify any discrepancies, taking the appropriate steps to resolve. Working on achieving and developing targets and KPI’s, your knowledge of payment practices will drive you to develop process improvements.

·A real team player with drive and self-motivation, a proven ability to engage a large team

·Able to prioritise and maintain work processes and procedures

·Great at time management, especially when under pressure

·Flexible and adaptable with an eye for detail

·Experienced and competent in using MS Excel, Access and Coda Financials

·A people person, with excellent interpersonal, influencing and communication skills
